Typical materials used

MDF — smooth and ideal for painting or paper lining

Plywood — stronger backing for heavier furniture

Birch plywood — visible premium interior cabinetry

Accuracy & tolerance

We cut to around ±1–2mm tolerance which is perfect for wardrobe and cabinet backs.

Can you cut around pipes / sockets?

Not currently — we supply straight rectangular panels only.

What thickness should I choose?

Back panels: often 3–9mm plywood or MDF

Heavier units: 12mm+

Can you colour-finish panels?

We currently supply natural wood / unfinished surfaces with optional oil/wax.
