2. Custom-made products

Most items we sell are custom made to your measurements.
By placing an order you confirm that:

  • all measurements entered are correct

  • the product is suitable for your intended use

  • small variations in colour, grain and texture are expected with natural materials

Please double-check measurements before ordering — we cut exactly to your specification.

3. Measurement tolerance

All cut sizes are subject to an accuracy tolerance of ±1–2mm.

Wood is a natural material that can expand/contract slightly with temperature and humidity. This is not considered a defect.

4. Minimum order charge

Some small orders may fall below our workshop minimum.
A minimum charge is applied automatically during the configuration process and displayed before checkout.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable

  • You must pay in full at the time of ordering

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch

6. Lead times and delivery

Typical dispatch time is 3–5 working days. Larger or complex orders may take longer.

Delivery times quoted at checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for:

  • courier delays

  • missed delivery slots

  • indirect or consequential loss caused by delivery delay

Please inspect packages on arrival and report any transit damage as soon as possible.

7. Risk and responsibility

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered.
Please ensure panels are:

  • stored flat

  • allowed to acclimatise before installation

  • protected from moisture

We accept no liability for issues caused by incorrect storage, installation or finishing.

8. Your right to cancel

Under UK law, custom-made items are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period.

This means once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless goods are faulty.

Standard (non-custom) items remain cancellable under normal consumer rights.

9. Faulty or incorrect items

If we make a mistake, we will put it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • your order arrives damaged

  • the material or size is incorrect compared to your order

  • there is a manufacturing defect

We may request photos and measurements. We will replace or refund faulty items as appropriate.

10. Returns of custom-made goods

Custom-made products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Returns due to:

  • measuring errors

  • ordering the wrong material or thickness

  • change of mind

cannot be accepted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for:

  • consequential or indirect losses

  • project delays

  • installer costs

  • business interruption

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
