How accurate are your cut to size panels?

We normally cut to within approximately ±1–2mm. Wood is a natural material and can move slightly with changes in temperature and humidity, but we aim to be as precise as possible.

Are the edges sanded?

Yes, straight cut edges are lightly sanded to remove saw marks and sharpness. If you need fully finished edges, rounding or chamfers, you can select these as optional upgrades where available.

Can I order multiple pieces at different sizes?

Yes. You can add multiple configurations to your cart by entering each unique size and quantity, then adding each one as a separate line item.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, we apply a small minimum workshop charge which is built into the price calculator. This covers setup time, calibration and saw blade wear on very small jobs.

Can I return custom cut items?

Because each panel is cut to your exact specification, custom sizes are non-returnable unless faulty. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us and we will put it right.

We select material carefully and store it properly, but solid wood especially can move slightly due to humidity. For critical applications, allow boards to acclimatise before fixing in place. We wrap each board in shrinkwrap to minimise the risk of warping and cupping so leave wrapped until you are ready to use.
Yes — simple sketches are fine.

We don’t normally send offcuts unless requested, as this increases shipping volume.
